Yea, I said it!
Honey, look around and start taking notes!
Many times we get frustrated because of common scenery and repetition
but repetition is how you train muscle memory to gain strength. If
you're feeling like you should be further along or like you keep falling
into this same situation then take the time to look around and analyze
every detail in order to correct what was previously done in error. It's
never too late to get it right but you have to put the work in!
Jeremiah summed it up best when he asked, "if running against men wears
you out, how can you race against horses?" You have races to run! Get
your weight up! #ForLoveAlways
